WHAT WE BELIEVE MAKES US BE WHO WE ARE…. 

WHO WE ARE MAKES OTHERS BELIEVE IN WHAT WE BELIEVE!

 

At TDA-Miami we believe in:

 

ONE GOD IN THREE DIMENSIONS 

We believe in the manifestation of God (Plurality of God) as the father, Son, Holy Spirit and the church of Jesus Christ.  1 John 5:7-8 

We believe in the Father who is God, Self-Created, and Creator of the Universe.

 

ABOUT JESUS 

We believe Jesus Is the son of God, he suffered, died, was buried and resurrected from among the dead for our salvation.  Philippians 2:5-11, Mathew 27:50-60, Mathew 28: 5-7  

We believe Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life.  That no one can go to Father unless it’s through Jesus.   John 14:6 

We believe that through that sacrifice and the blood that was shed on the cross we are saved and that salvation is by grace and not by works. Ephesians 2:6-8 

We believe in the second coming of the Lord.  Nevertheless, we understand that it is not limited to a literal rapture but rather each time we expose ourselves to a worship that is in spirit and truth we are raptured in his presence.   1Thesalonians 4:16-18 

 

THE HOLY SPIRIT 

We believe in the Holy Spirit as the third person of the trinity that dwells, imparts and regenerates the believer. Acts 5:3-4; Titus 3:5 

We believe the Holy Spirit is the Comforter and the Spirit of Truth. John 15:26 

We believe in the Promise of the Holy Spirit and the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Acts 1:8, 1Cor. 12:7-11, 1 Cor. 12:13-27 

 

THE BLOOD 

We believe the blood of Jesus Christ is powerful enough to wash all of our sins away. Ephesians 1:7 

We believe that through the blood that was shed on the cross we are forgiven, redeemed and sanctified. Romans 5:9 

We believe that the blood of Jesus Christ speaks more powerful than Abel’s blood. Hebrew 12:24

 

 

PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP 

We believe that each believer needs to maintain a personal and intimate relationship with Jesus Christ by praying, studying, meditating, and spending time in intimacy with him.  Juan 15:1-5

THE BIBLE 

We believe that the bible is the absolute eternal truth, the infallible word of God, and never ceases to be.  1Peter 1:24 

 

We believe that the bible teaches us standards and principles of God in order to live.  

2 Timothy 3:16-17 

 

We believe that through the infallible word of God we are: washed, free, restored, transformed, renewed and blessed.  1Cor 6:10, Juan 8:32; Psalm 127.1; 2Cor 3:18; Ephesians 4:23; Mathew 5:17 

 

We believe that the Bible contains words of Eternal Life and keys to the Kingdom of God. Joshua 1:8; Mathew 16:18  

 

We believe that the Bible contains the nourishment we need for spiritual growth which will sustain us. Psalm 18:30

BEING RENEWED 

We believe in being renewed as we are exposed to God’s Presence. Mathew 7: 1-24 

We believe that once we are renewed we should live a life that reflects the work of God in us.  2Cor 5:16-18; Ephesians 4:14-21 

Personal Evangelism 

We believe in sharing the gospel to others by way of relationships; doing everyday life together, joining together for connexion groups as well as intentional social events is an effective way to fulfill the Great Commission. Mathew 28:19-20 

 

• Justified by Faith 

We believe that justification by faith is eternal.  Rom 5:1 

We believe that salvation is free and far from works of man, it is a result of the divine grace of God. Ephesians 2:8-9 

 

• Pursuing a Holy Life 

We believe that all believers should live a life with God and that pursuing a holy life should be a goal.  Leviticus 20:26; Ephesians 4:24 

We believe that sanctification is progressive and that holiness is an active part of the Christian life which releases peace.  Hebrews 12:1-29

 

BAPTISM 

We believe that each believe should be baptized by being immersed into the water for the circumcision of our hearts. Mathew 3:13-16; Acts 8:26-40 

We believe that baptism is an act of symbolism that symbolically circumcises the heart of all sinners.  

 

FELLOWSHIP 

We believe that every believer should live according to the scripture in harmony and fellowship with their community of believers. Acts. 2:42-27 

We believe that as we participate in the activities as described in the scriptures others that are to be saved will be added unto our family. 

We believe that the holy communion should not be a religious ritual in the service; It is something that is lived on a daily basis and shared with disciples as Jesus lived described in the Bible in John chapter 13.  He washed their feet... He prepared a table... they sat, they fellowshipped as they shared the food. 

 

WORSHIP IN THE ARTS 

We believe in worshiping God in spirit and truth, while involving the different manifestation of Art to worship God. Psalm 150:1-6 John 4:24 

 

THE FINANCES OF GOD 

We believe that God consecrates and dedicates for his work.  1 King 8:63-64 

We believe in giving offerings freely and from the heart. Mal. 3:8-10 

We believe that God blesses the Cheerful giver.  2 Corinthians 9:7 

We believe in tithe and that it opens the floodgates of heaven. Lev 27:30 

 

DIVINE HEALING 

We believe in Divine Healing.  Luke 10:19; 2Cor. 10:4-5 

 

THE SUPERNATURAL 

We believe in the Mighty Power of the Living God. Mathew 16:16 

We believe the signs will follows those that believe.  Mark 16:17-20

THE PROPHETIC AND APOSTOLIC MINISTRY 

 

We believe in the prophetic ministry and the prophetic word and that they form part of the fivefold ministries given to the church for edification of the believer. Ephesians 4:11-13; 1Cor. 14:4 

 
We believe that God is restoring the Apostolic Ministry and that through it is laying the foundation of the church and edifying the body.  Ephesians 2:20; Ephesians 4:11-13 

 

We believe that we have been called to restore the ruins and raise up the fallen tabernacle of David in each believer. To be an example and use kingdom principles to bring people of all nations to God. We believe that if we work towards lifting a tabernacle in each heart, God will occupy it.  

We will build the priesthood according the order of Melchizedek, with a Levite heart but restored by the blood of the Lamb.  We will guide people to know the Most High God’s presence and essence without any barriers.  We believe that His Presence will bring all man to HIM so that every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Christ is King and Lord.  The manifested presence is like honey that brings the hearts of those who are thirsty and in need.
